This policy applies to one-time purchases of downloadable digital products sold directly by Dating Mojo for Women, including workbooks, kits, and ebooks. After a successful purchase, we deliver the product to the email address used at checkout.
To request a refund, email support@datingmojoforwomen.com from the email address used for your purchase. Please include your name, purchase email address and order or receipt information so we can locate the transaction. You are not required to share private relationship information or submit completed workbook pages.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We will normally initiate an approved refund within two business days after verifying your purchase.
